Can i order coloured paper as well as white for my printer or is coloured classed as specialist paper?

If it's your paper you can surely buy whatever colour you want?

I'm guessing from the phrasing that this is about DSA allowance? Their examples of specialist paper are "photo paper, glossy paper, matt paper, brown paper, cardboard paper, refill pads, notebooks, post-its, wall planners, flipcharts, diaries or card", which seems a pretty comprehensive list that would probably explicitly include coloured paper if it wasn't allowed. There are probably also a lot of people receiving DSA who need coloured paper, so it would be an odd choice to exclude it!
