Student Finance paying too much?
I come from a low income household, the sfe letter says the max for students not living with parents and not studying in London get a max of £9978 but the amount they said they would pay me is more than that. Will this be an issue later down the line? Or is the £9978 just a rough outline?
Phone them up to make sure. When I was at uni one of my friends got sent more money than expected and after a while SFE realised their mistake and demanded he pay it back in full.
