What to do??

Hey all so I had a job interview today at subway today but I didn't think that I'd got the job cos the manager thought that I wasn't gonna stick around cos qs why I wanna work there when iv got a degree in computer science and most of my jobs on my CV have been I.T or office jobs but only 1 was for a waitress at a hotel but that was 5 yrs ago. But now he's emailed me wanting me to go for a 2 day unpaid trial starting tommorow. He also got me to put down my availability and sign that if I don't stick to it for the first 3 months then I'll be fined £200. So should I do it or not?? Iv not got any other jobs going for me and have been unemployed for 6 months now

In my opinion the employer sounds terrible and a 2 day unpaid trial is a big red flag of just using you as free labour, and most likely not offering you a job regardless of how well you do.
