Bsc Forensic psychology work experience
I am starting a forensic psychology degree in October. Do you think being a Health care support worker in the NHS is good experience or should i look more into prison/youth offenders/ mental health work.

Yep, HCA/support worker experience in mental health is invaluable. You're unlikely to get experience in a prison until you qualify.
