Can you apply to the same uni for slightly different courses?
I want to apply to UCL for both economics and economics and statistics, but would the admissions people be the same for both courses (so will both reject/accept).
I think the economics and statistics course is done by the Statistics department, joint with economics department, so would it be different people looking at the application?

I'm pretty sure a university can see every course you've applied to at that university (though not others at other universities)
