Didn't meet medicine conditional offers - What can I do now?

For context, I am an international student taking A-Levels.

What do people like me usually do in this situation? What are the alternative pathways if medicine is still the priority.

I have been thinking about reapplying and would love to hear past experiences and if there is anything to watch out for. Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
