Universities entry reqiurements
Most of the universities for certain subjects say they require certain grades for certain IGCSE subjects e.g. English at 6 or higher. My question is, if you enter with the required or better A level grades, will the universities excuse your IGCSE grades? because some people I know did not get the IGCSE grades needed but still got in because of their A levels
Typically no, it’s a long shot if you don’t meet the GCSE requirements. Always check before applying, it may save you wasting a choice.
