If I take alevel biology chemistry and psychology for alevels. Will unis like birmingham uni prefer applicants which take alevel bio, chem and physics/ maths for their alevels over psychology? or even for medicine as I am not sure if i want to be a dentist or doctor yet.
Do u guys think a UCAT score of 2550 b2 with 999999988 in my GCSEs and A*, A, A predicted will be enough to get an interview at Leeds, and do they use UCAT post interview?
Hi all My son got his A levels this August with A*A*A in chemistry math and biology respectively. His UCAT score is 2960 band 2. GCSE are 2 x 9 3 x 8 ,4 x 7 and 1 x 6. He was rejected last year before interview but now achieved grades and top UCAT. What are his chances for Leeds

Hi He was rejected via UCAS without explanation. We knew it was far fetch to get an interview with UCAT 2480. We are now pleased he turned things round with achieved grades and 2960 band 2.

What did he get in his GCSEs and his predicted grades last year as well? May be another reason he was rejected
I completed a levels this summer and got A*A*A in chem bio French, 9s in : rs, history, arabic, French 8s in : combined science (my school didn't offer triple), maths, English language 7 in English lit UCAT : 2690 b2 where should I apply with these stats??
Where did you find this info cause i am struggling finding it
Dw, the 'research' this dude has done is false. Leeds have said nothing regarding the UCAT at all so we have no idea about the SJT itself. It's most likely he's heard from somebody else

In a freedom of information request they said they don’t look at sjt, but apparently in an email they said they use UCAT score+sjt, so who knows what to believe, just wait for either an interview or rejection, it’s too late to change option now anyway. This is coming from sm1 with a b3 so yes I’m scared

If they said they use SJT+Score in an email then that's the most likely, Unis are very cautious to say the correct things when writing to you because if they ever say anything wrong it can fall back on them. Don't worry about your banding, Leeds are very new to this whole UCAT business as well so you're more likely to hope for an interview than expect to be rejected

But they said the opposite in a freedom of information request which surely is more important, see, it’s an endless cycle so it who knows what’s true
