Liverpool Dentistry 2025 Entry

hi, i recently sat my UCAT and got 2550 b2 but got 7 9s and 2 8s in my GCSES with A*, A, A predicted. Should i apply to Liverpool?

Hello there, does anybody know what Liverpool's selection process for interviews are, E.G. do they rank GCSEs or do they just see if you meet the minimum requirements? I know Liverpool interview a lot of people, so my second question is does anybody know what Liverpool uses to assess who to give offers after interview, do they only use interview performance or a more holistic approach, if so what exactly do they use in combination?

My daughter starts at Liverpool next week. She had a UCAT of 2590 and 7 x9's and 3 x 8 GCSEs and 3 A star predictions. You will need to check this years Admissions Criteria but last year everyone who met the academic criteria were then sent a Non Academic Information Form to complete. Liverpool like Work Experience and volunteering and evidence of activities outside of school. They then look at the NAIF in conjunction with UCAT to determine interview. Offers were given on interview performance. Good Luck.

your ucat score is quite high tho so why not apply sheffield, birmingham, newcastle.

newcastle cut off last year was 2680 and brum was 2740 so i would apply there

I think Birmingham cutoff was 2780.

Hiii, what band did your daughter get in situational judgement, also does she know anyone with a lower ucat score who got into liverpool dentistry (I got 2550 B3). Also is she contextual. TYSM!
