UCL Biochemistry

I have achieved ABB in my A Level Math, Biology and chemistry and I asked my school to remark my chemistry paper as I am short of 3 marks to get grade A . I accepted my firm at Queen Mary university of London to study Biochemistry. However, I wish to study at UCL, should I call them to see if there have spaces at their clearing.
