I had a very disappointing experience with UniAcco and IQ Lambert & Fairfield House.
From the start, UniAcco pressured us with constant calls and WhatsApp messages, saying that rooms were running out. Under this pressure, we booked quickly. I asked clearly about booking for 40 weeks instead of 44 or 51, and UniAcco confirmed in writing (via WhatsApp) that it would not be a problem. Later, I found out that IQ Lambert had no knowledge of this and did not accept it.
When I asked what would happen if I cancelled, UniAcco again assured me in writing that my deposit would be refunded within 4–5 business days. Trusting this, I paid. But just two days later, when we decided on a different option, neither UniAcco nor IQ Lambert helped me. Each told me the money was with the other, and in the end, no one took responsibility.
What makes this worse is that all these promises were given in writing on WhatsApp, yet once the payment was made, I was left without support. IQ Lambert also showed no interest in the wrong promises given on their behalf by UniAcco.
This entire process cost me not only money but also a lot of time and stress. Customers deserve honesty and accountability, not pressure and empty promises. I strongly advise others to be very careful before trusting UniAcco’s assurances.
