How do I improve my mental maths

My mental maths isn't the best. I sometimes struggle to do simple maths in my head. I can sort of do it but it takes a while. I am also thinking of doing maths based a levels too (Business and Economics) although you may not always doing the maths in your head I still think its best good mental maths for the future and in general
