Does any one else experience this?

basically long story short - I like doing stuff with him like hand…. And kissing and him mastur… to me but when it comes to him asking me if I want sex I Hardly want it .. like I’d much prefer the other things.. but I’ve seen people on tv and I’ve wanted to rip there clothes off n guys in public? I don’t understand lol.
