Theoretically yes. This is because in order to work in specific roles in finance, you would need to specific professional qualification for that role, not degrees in finance. Most of the professional qualifications that are required in finance tend not to have any prior entry requirements e.g. IFA, AAT, CEMAP, CII qualifications, CISI qualifications.

There would be some exceptions though e.g. if you want to do the CFA qualification, you need to be a recent graduate in any degree; if you want to become an actuary, you would ideally be going for a quantitative degree, or at least have an A level in Maths.

Otherwise, I am not entirely sure who well having a nursing degree plays out in practice. The qualifications would mean you meet the legal and regulatory requirements, but whether that alone can get you hired is another matter (I can't tell you whether employers would accept you as you are).
