Accommodation change shower head
The accommodation I live in shower head doesn't detach from the wall but can be screwed off and a separate removable shower head can be attached on. Do I ask them to remove it as I have a disability so I need a detachable shower head due to pain

I would suggest speaking to your accommodation team and ask them to change the shower head so it can be detachable. They should be able to sort this out for you. I'd recommend asking them in person as emails can sometimes get lost or overlooked as so many people will be emailing the accommodation about moving in, etc.
