Student finance when transferring to another University
I have a successful student finance application for Year 3 in my first university, However I have applied for some clearing options to start 2nd year again in a different uni. Do I wait before I have a firm offer from a clearing choice, before notifying student finance that my year and university has changed ? How would one go about this? Thanks
