Problems with DSA - Who to contact?

So I started uni in 2022 and got support from DSA, part of which was a 4 year Grammarly subscription. But now it's been a year the subscription seems to have run out, when I log in it says I have a free account. Any ideas what I should do/who I should contact in this situation? Thanks in advance.

Sorry just seen this but yes, I had to email the equipment supplier (Barry Bennett for me). Apparently they just won't automatically renew it every year so you have to remind them 🤷*♀️
