If I live in England, but was wanting to apply for a Scottish Uni e.g. Dundee or Glasgow, would I be getting student loans to help finance my fees throughout the course?

Yes - you would still apply to Student Finance England for your tuition fee and maintenance loans irrespective of where in the UK you want to study.

It would be the case for Northern Ireland but not the Republic of Ireland.
