Hello, if my school does not have a buzzword, is it still OK if I apply independently and have the teacher within my school to do the reference letter?

Yes.

(The reference isn't really a letter. When you complete your UCAS application it'll ask for the details of your referee. Once you hit the submit button, UCAS will contact them via e-mail ask as them to enter the reference online, and to provide predictions for any grades you've listed as "pending".)
