Explain one way in which prevention of disease in the Renaissance period was the same as treatment in the Middle Ages

Quarantine (although not described with that word) was used across both time periods, during the plague of 1348 and for other illnesses in the renaissance period due to similar suspicions of people bringing/carrying the illness with them. Hope this helps! This is not the only example but the one I used in a similar question in my mocks.
