jobs that don’t involve dealing with customers or data
those two things are completely different to each other but the right people will understand I hope. I’m trying to look for a more fulfilling job sector to work in that doesn’t give me a stroke every shift.

Most jobs have some form of customer. Some which don't are:
• Teacher (unless you count pupils as customers)
• Police Officer (or are we, the general public, their customers?)
• Member of the Armed Forces
• Author (or is you publisher, or the book-buying public, your customer?)
• Lighthouse Keeper
