When it comes to employment, the NHS won't care where you get your degree from. What does matter is that you like where you will be studying for three years. Go to some open days and chat to staff and students. Compare facilities, placement locations, timetables, etc.

There is no 'best' - all University Nursing degrees are accredited as 'equal'.
As above, the NHS isnt going to ask 'which Uni' - and neither will your future patients.
