i have ms and thinking to going back to uni

i have ms and thinking to going back to uni

just wondering about the disabled allowence. i have ms and on a bad day i can't walk! just wondering if disable allowence would pay for a carer to take me to uni? and if so can i employ anyone i like? like my dad? it would be a fine arts degree. if things are bad and i'm in a wheel chair i can and i hope use my hands!
