No connection
My teammate is really nice and friendly.
For some reason we just don't click or connect well with each other. We are just super awkward, we ignored each other at one point. I feel guilty about this.
I feel comfortable around other people than I do with them. I really like my colleague too and I just want to feel relaxed around them like I do with others but it's just not working.

Sometimes it can take time to click with someone. If you like them and would like to connect with them and feel more comfortable around them then start trying to create more conversations with them and getting to know them more. Ask them about themselves and hopefully they will reciprocate and want to get to know you better. If it's a matter of not knowing each other that well to be able to form a connection yet, the more you talk to each other, the more comfortable you're likely to feel around each other.
