I've been rejected from Cambridge and it was heavily implied that my LNAT section A was the reason for this. Does this automatically mean my chances at KCL are gone or that they are significantly lower
Not necessarily. Both universities will assess your application differently, so it isn't an immediate rejection. However, I will say that KCL was very particular on their LNAT scores last application cycle, though there's no telling how they will approach it this year.
