the medical conference which is meant to be going on today, what time is it because there are 2 times, 1pm-7pm or 9am-3pm?

The phrase "the medical conference" is a tad vague. Do you have it's name, it's location, it's organiser, or any additional information about it?

(And let's hope it wasn't starting at 9am, assuming it's in the UK.)

it says in my email sent by drsiva :
'We are very excited to meet you at the free, virtual Get into Medicine UCAS Conferenceunday 3rd December 2:00pm - 7:00pmRegistration begins at 1:30pm and the conference will run from 2pm - 7pm.'
but in the same email it also says :
