If you're doing a foundation degree and completing it, then you're not "dropping out" -- you've registered to do a degree and you've completed it. The visa team at your university should be able to advise on how long you can stay in the UK following the completion of your degree, and what you're allowed to do that time. (I'm assuming you're on a student visa.)
Hi there,

If you are doing a foundation degree as a part of your bachelors degree, you will progress to the first year as soon as you pass your exams.

For all visa queries it is better to refer to: https://www.gov.uk/student-visa

I think you're thinking of a foundation year. A foundation degree is a two year programme, equivalent to the first two years of an undergraduate degree.
