What’s the best Higher to crash by self studying

Hey everyone, I am crashing 4 Highers this year which is my last and first year in a Scottish high school meaning I’m in s6. I originally come from Egypt and I did Alevel Biology and got a B at Biology which would make me eligible for physiotherapy this year insha’allah. So the other Highers I’m crashing this year are Chemistry, Geography, PE and ESOL. However, I find ESOL so difficult and I at least need grade B at this subject. It feels impossible to achieve this grade honestly. So I was thinking about self teaching myself a Higher and it’s either from RMP or Food and Health tech since I already dropped modern studies and replaced it with English since I joined school too late (In November) typically last month. So what do you certainly think could be easier to crash RMP or Health and Food tech on my own?
