I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my studio in Stratford from January 2024.
A studio with:

- kitchen (stove, microwave and oven)
Price: £375 per week.
Location: 5 minute walk to Stratford Station (Central, Elizabeth, DLR, Overground, Jubilee)
Surroundings: Sainsbury, Tesco, Westfield all within 7 minute walk
Rent includes all bills and access to all amenities of the building:
- 24/7 reception
- workspaces
- community events
- free wifi throughout
- prompt maintenance if anything breaks down
- rooftop
- laundry room
I have absolutely loved living here, the staff is lovely and you are close to the City.
