Accommodation
Hi, my daughter is looking for a female university student to take over her ensuite tenancy agreement from January 2024 until 20th July 2024. This is a shared flat with 4 other female flatmates.
Cost - £119 per week, utility bills included
Location - Calthorpe Court, Pershore Rd, Birmingham B5 7QF
Accommodation - Classic Ensuite (private room, private bathroom and shared kitchen)
This accommodation is a 20min walk to the University of Birmingham, as well as close to transport links to Birmingham City University and Aston University.
