You should never use another personal statement as a "template", but only as inspiration and to get an idea of what others have done.
Here is an example of a Zoology personal statement. You can see in the footnote that the applicant received four offers. How much of that was down to the personal statement, and how much was down to predicted grades and other factors, is impossible to know.
