should I be specific with my law work experience?

I'm going to Durham to study law this September, and I'm currently on a gap year mostly to prepare for law because I didn't do it for A Level. I've done lots of online work experience tasks etc but I'm searching for more in person. I've sent a few emails, but I don't know if I should just send my CV everywhere and just take up any opportunity that I can find, or be specific to the type of law that's peaked my interest already? Or should I try and do both? I feel like I'm stressing about nothing but I need some advice lol.

Law work experience really isnt necessary prior to starting the degree, and no unis expect it for law, so don’t worry if you can’t find any
