I am trying to determine which university is good for engineering area like oil and gas, or process safety. Please advise if anyone came across with this question and if someone already currently studying in engineering faculty.

You should also look at the courses, to see, whether you like them and they help you in the direction you need.

What's your undergraduate degree in? It's worth pointing out that oil and gas is an industry, not an engineering discipline, and accepts people from all disciplines.
