Tenancy Takeover / en-suite room at Corfe House

I am looking for a postgraduate student at Bournemouth University to take over my tenancy agreement in the student accommodation "Corfe House".

Property address : Pitwines Close, Poole, BH15 1ED.

It is a premium en-suite room for single occupancy, with a great sea view, Double bed, Private bathroom, Shared kitchen with 2 other flatmates.

Aldi is just next to the building, Sainsbury's is 5 minutes walk. And the building is 10 minutes walk from Dolphin shopping center, poole bus station and poole railway station.

Rent is 163 per week including all bills and a bus pass which allows you to use "UNIBUS and Morebus" buses for free.

Rent is payable termly by instalments.

Deposit is 250 pounds which is refundable at the end of the tenancy agreement.

A guarantor is required (International Guarantors are accepted).

The room is available immediately until the end of the contract on 31/August/2024.
