Can self-experience be considered as a CAS experience???

Of course it can! The most important thing is to have evidence (photos, videos, etc.)

Yes BUT .... you need to get your school's CAS Coordinator's approval. Ask what will be required to document your process etc. You'd hate to miss expectations and have to scramble at the end when you will have exams and coursework to complete.
