Enhanced DBS ‘important notice’
I have just got a new job (I already have an enhanced DBS) and sent off for an enhanced DBS on Monday. I have tracked the progress today and it says that my certificate has been dispatched but then at the bottoms it says:
‘IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please wait for the Certificate before making a recruitment, employment or licensing decision regarding this applicant.’
I have never had any dealings with the police so now I feel sick to my stomach over it.
Has anyone else had this message and received a clear certificate? My rational brain is thinking it’s a standard message but I’ve looked online and it doesn’t say that it is.

Mines said the same - and find it anxiety inducing. Was it okay?
