Does a conditional caution for harassment show on the DBS check? Will it ever be removed?
Conditional cautions are 'spent' - and thus do not need to be declared - either on the date the conditions end, or after three months, if I remember rightly.These things will always show on an enhanced DBS, but not on a basic,
If six years have passed, then adult conditional cautions a can be filtered from standard and enhanced DBA, provided that the caution was not for a specified offence.
