Abereswyth or hartpury

Have a BSC in animal biotechnology plan to apply for a masters in EQUINE Science which is these unis are the best ? Are both these unis in small towns which is closer to the city and how is the transport?

Areas of focus is physiology and laminites.

Hello there,

I am a student ambassador at Aberystwyth, it is great to hear that you are considering us! Aberystwyth is a fairly small town and the student population is almost equal to the non-student population. This does mean though that the town has a great student community feel and a lot of town is geared towards students with clubs, pubs, bars, cafes, an art centre, arcades, study spaces etc... The closest city is Cardiff which is a 2hour drive away and there are bus, coach and train options. Aberystwyth is an absolutely beautiful location and perfect for studying a biological degree. One of the unique things Aber has is its coastal location and dolphins, porpoises and seals are often regular visitors to our coastline.
