Not sure if I've posted this in the right place, but I've been accepted for work experience at a solicitors. They provided a very vague dress code (basically just saying it is common sense and things not to wear) and I'm just wondering if anyone could help suggest what I should wear?

Clearing and Applications Advisor

Trousers and a smartish top and not trainers.

It’s a job not a fashion show.

If you’re not quite sure look at the website/social media of the firm and look how other staff are dressed but don’t buy a whole new wardrobe!
