liverpool mmi issues

hello all, im currently applying to liverpool medicine and the system won't let me put in my documents, other than the criminal declaration form and the confidentiality form, and i was wondering if anyone more knowledgeable in computers could tell me why
whenever i try to put in a different documents, i am given an error message that says "error:error-".
any help appreciated

If scanning them make sure they are done at a low resolution.

Sometimes you can take a screenshot of a photo if you don't have a scanner and paste it into a word doc and it comes out with a smaller file size.

I can't guarantee that's what the problem is but too big a file size is certainly one issue it could be. Good luck.
