Electrical Course Advice
Hello I’m looking for some advice! I’m 34 and have a good job as a wind turbine maintenance tech, although I don’t have a trade Im fairly savvy with electrical components etc. I am considering a course to become an electrical engineering my issue is, I’m unsure on what route to take. I’ve had a look around and a distance learning course would probably suit my work life balance better as I do 2/2 rotations. Would it be better for me to go for a BTEC first? Work through that and then try a distance HNC? Also what course provider would anyone recommend? I left school with GCSE’s but this was over 15 years ago so may need to brush up on that side of things. Any advice on courses or places to look and speak to would be much appreciated!
