Hi guys 27M I am starting a journey off not tapping for a while I believe I watch to much porn and I want to take a long break form and see what the benefits are. I think I have come across an addiction for both porn and beer addiction and I am very determined to complete it. As hard as it can be I want to be a better person from it. I just I want to know if you guys been through this process and how have you benefited from it and did you happen to find a girlfriend in the process of it as porn does effect you’re sex life
