Fashion design

Is the university of Kingston or the ual (csm) better for fashion design .

Ual _ fashion design: communication. ( formally known as fashion design with marketing )

Ideally I would like to gain industry experience (not looking to travel abroad)
Would like to learn digital skills, technical skills and some styling and marketing skills.

They're both good universities not sure which is better to apply for especially as a mature student

Hi there @Anonymous #1, I am a 2nd Year student in Kingston's BA Fashion course. I think it depends what you want to get out of your uni experience as both unis have differing teaching styles and location, so I highly recommend coming to one of our Open Days to speak to our current students and tutors to experience the uni for yourself 🙂
Kingston's BA Fashion is a very fast paced practical course with a strong focus in preparing you for industry. The course covers a broad range of subjects from print and knit for fashion to digital CAD skills like Illustrator to create technical packs for production.
I would say that one of my favourite parts of Kingston would be it's open access workshops that are available to any student from any course!
