I was watching a video today of a sixth former and she mentioned that her friend was doing 'pre teaching' (I think that's what she said) at her high school. I wanted to ask, how do I get involved in something like that?

The sixth form at my school allows some year 12s to shadow/assist teachers and run some lessons for younger students for work experience - I'm not sure if they had any students from other sixth forms/colleges but if yours is linked to a high school you can probably ask if that's something they'd allow.
