EPQ interview with a professor

so i managed to secure an interview for my EPQ with a professor specialising in the field I am doing my project about, but i'm really confused on how to proceed. i'm not doing a questionnaire as part of my primary research, so this is all i will be using so does anyone have any tips on how to go about it?
thanks in advance

I specifically asked about a particular section I was going to write about. Instead of quoting something from an academic journal for a big part of one of my essay's subsection (immune rejection), I asked the doctor how it worked, how to avoid it from happening, the different types. I wrote the entire subsection using my own words and did not have any in-text citations. My supervisor especially admired this (shows that you have taken the initiative to learn abt your topic in a manner that is not expected from you). You can talk abt this during your presentation too. Perhaps ask your expert what they think abt your topic.
