Completing my undergraduate course with a year abroad or a masters

I am planning to study biomedical science in September for my undergraduate course I am torn between weather I should apply to do a course with a year abroad or with my masters directly after. Both choices result in 4 years, I am unsure on which would be more beneficial for my career. I am also considering the option of doing the four years with year abroad and then completing my masters after but I am unsure of how that would work.
