Cambridge natsci a levels

I do chemistry maths and geography a level, so would I be instantly rejected as I don’t have 3 science subject? I’m predicted all A*s and am interested in the physical side, probably specialising in Earth sci. Stupidly I assumed geography was considered a science (as that’s what my school said) but clearly that’s not the case with oxbridge, which I wish I knew sooner…..

If you are more interested in geology have a look at Earth Sciences at Oxford - it might be more suited to your interests! :smile:

i applied to cambridge with bio, maths and geography a level and was rejected pre-interview - not sure whether it was because of my subjects/NSAA performance but the chance is still very low either way. there should be admissions stats for you to view at the bottom of the natural sciences subject page on the cambridge website that might be useful :smile:

sad that they dont view geography as a science esp when earth science is one of the subject options...

Realistically you would have no chance with Cambridge Natsci, as almost everyone who does the Physical side has Physics, and almost everyone who does the Biological side has Biology, neither of which you have unfortunately.
