Would which medical school matter when going abroad?

Would which medical school matter when going abroad?

I was wondering if someone wants to go abroad after graduating from UK medical school to either Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, does the medical school you come from matter?

I know for Singapore there is a set list of unis that they only approve but what about the countries I’ve named above? Would you be picked over someone who has come from a “lower ranked” uni? How does the system work? Also how competitive is it to work abroad for each country? Sorry for a lot of questions!
