I'm looking to transfer my tenancy at Unite Stratford One E20 1GS, offering an en-suite room at a discounted rate of £265/week. A valid student ID is required, as it's a student accommodation. The building provides fantastic amenities such as a free gym, cinema, karaoke, game room, sky lounge, study space, laundry, and more – undoubtedly making it one of the best Unite buildings in London.
The location is unbeatable, with easy access to Stratford DLR, connecting you to the Stratford tube for free, and Westfield Mall right at your doorstep. If you were to secure this room through their website, it would cost £309/week, but by taking over my tenancy, you'll save £44/week. I'll be moving out on March 9th, so you'll have the contract from March 10th to September 14th. Additionally, you have the option to rebook for another year with the right of first refusal, easily done through their website.
