4 a-levels + EPQ?

So for a bit of context at the moment I am in year 12 and doing 4 a-levels and in my school only allows people to do EPQ's if they are doing only 3 a-levels and not re sitting maths or English. But I am doing my Italian a-level this year so next year I will only have 3 and my school is offering a chance to everyone who has resat and passed maths/English or done one out of the four a-levels in year 12 to do their EPQ in the summer and present in November.

Do you think its worth it?

Only you can know if you can actually cope with this level of extra work.

Just remember that your three A level grades are worth far more than an extra thing like an EPQ - AAA will always look better than BBB and A in an EPQ.
